This site is built to help you figure out what happened, get the evidence saved, and find the right people to report to. No pressure, no signup, you can leave at any time.
These steps apply to most online harassment, impersonation, fraud, sextortion, and digital abuse situations.

Don't argue with them, don't tell them you're reporting them, and don't pay anything else hoping it'll fix things. Engagement is what they want.
Change passwords on anything they might have touched. Turn on 2FA. Look at your account recovery email and phone. Check what devices are signed in.
File at IC3, the FTC, and inside the platform where it happened. Sooner is better. Paper trails matter.
Answer a couple of quick questions and we'll point you at the right reporting channels and immediate actions for your specific situation. Nothing is sent anywhere — this runs on your device.
Pick the option closest to your situation.

Check off what you have saved. Keep originals when possible.
Use this as a starting point when filing a platform, IC3, FTC, or other report.
If the abuse, impersonation, or harmful content is happening on a specific platform, report it there too.
Sometimes you need somebody to actually look. For smaller ones (catfishers, harassing accounts, simple lookups), our Investigation Help is a flat fee starting at $99. For bigger or court-grade work, Rexxfield handles those.
